Kim Heykants looks after our personnel policies and has for over 15 years as well as my sons. She is the best there is, and is the consummate professional. Kim is always on top of your renewals and is quick to offer advice or answer any questions or concerns you may have. She is in tune with the industry and I always feel like I'm in good hands with Kim. She has made dealing with the few claims that we have had a breeze and took much of the stress away of dealing with a claim.

Since moving to Calgary from BC, I was connected with Ranjana Witharana at MHK Insurance through a mutual connection. She has been amazing. Ranjana makes it easy to get things done digitally. When we purchased our new vehicle she had everything ready and worked with the dealership ahead of time, so we didn't need to waste time. She also researched multiple insurance companies related to our house insurance and provided us pricing for all them so we could compare all while bringing us the information we needed to understand the differences we needed to understand compared to BC. I feel like Ranjana has our best interest in the fore front and find her friendly and very responsive. I highly recommend her services.

I was a loyal MHK customer for 14 years and thought my insurance was a little on the high side so I asked what could be done. I found a quote from somewhere else and was told they under no circumstances could match and sent me paperwork to let me go. Normally that wouldn't be a problem however upon looking further at my insurance with them it would appear that I wasn't given credit for 5 years of driving history and in trying to get a letter from them to get credit for it at my new place have been given nothing but the run around. When they were mistakenly emailed the wrong information I was not told about it but left to wonder why a week later I still hadn't heard anything back. In asking for this information I have been told time and time again that I don't need it and I shouldn't be asking for it. Not only is the professionalism lacking but I have never had such harassment to get information that is mine to ask for. If you are looking for somewhere to switch your insurance to I would run as far away from MHK as you possibly can and if you currently have them I would pull everything out.
