I stumbled upon Heman and Kabir through their website and decided to check out one of their new builds. Being first-time homebuyers, we were unsure about which house and area to choose. However, Heman and Kabir patiently showed us multiple options until we discovered the ideal home. Surprisingly, it turned out to be the very first one Heman had shown us! I do not recommend going with this real estate agency. We recently purchased our first home and when we got the keys there was no walk through and the home was filthy. We have two small children under the age of 5 and would not allow our kids into the home until it was cleaned because it was essentially unlivable.
We contacted the agency to share our concerns and received little to no help. We were told our agent was out of town and would be in touch once they were back from vacation. We ended up having to hire cleaners, throw out blinds, and get an extensive furnace cleaning done to get the place into decent condition. After several attempts at contacting the agency to ask for some support, we finally were cut a cheque for $500 to cover some of the costs.
If you’re looking to buy a home in Fort Saskatchewan and especially if this is your first home purchase, I do not recommend this agency. What should have been an exciting life moment for us to move into our first home became a very stressful time. Save yourself the headache and find an agency that you won’t have to beg for support.

We've been working with Amanda Crow since we met her about 7 months ago. She's the only realtor (after meeting quite a few on our house hunt) that was honest and not at all pushy or clingy. She knows her stuff, and anything she didn't know she took the time to find out. She showed us many houses, guided us through a few offers and we just purchased our new home with her. She has been so supportive and really has gone above and beyond for us. We will only be using her in the future!

Realtor said that I’d had to pay a extra 2-300k for what I was looking for. Quick google search I found loads of places in my range of price and distance.
