Our family recently went through a very difficult and stressful situation when my father suffered a severe fall and broke his hip while in San Andrés. Unfortunately, the health practitioner at the local hospital was unable to operate on him, leaving us in a desperate situation with limited options. We Were blessed: I contacted Jet Companions during a very stressful situation. He guided us through the process and took total control, as we had no idea what to do. We needed to have a family member brought home, who had a brain hemorrhage while he was visiting India and is in a coma. There was no care facility and no one to provide long-term care for him in India and we were desperate to bring the patient back to Canada A sincere thank you to Rudy, Rudy and jet companions are amazing! Rudy worked swiftly all hours of the day and night, helping bring the patient back to his hometown. Jet Companion took care of the paperwork, medical approvals, airline approvals, stretcher service approvals, hospital approvals and ambulance service arrangements in Canada, and patient transfer from home/hospital in India to the Delhi airport to Vancouver airport. He was very supportive and provided the right information to make us feel at ease. Rudy's was outstanding, he was so supportive. We didn't know what to do, we were lost.
