I had an absolutely fantastic experience with this company! From start to finish, their service was beyond exceptional. The directions to the meet-up spot were clear and easy to follow, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. When I arrived, Jay went above and beyond including personally loading all of our bags from the taxi onto the bus and calling to double check I had made it to the meetup point. What truly stood out, though, was his dedication to customer service. After I realized I had left an item behind, I reached out and received a prompt response. He was incredibly attentive in tracking it down and putting my stress at ease. Jay, our driver, was not only professional but genuinely cared about making sure everything went perfectly. I highly recommend this service. Keep up the amazing work!

Jay was awesome! We had the 12:10pm bus from Banff to Calgary. He arrived before our depart time and made sure we were all settled. He helped with our bags and made our drive super enjoyable. These guys were awesome. They did a great job handling our itinerary from the airport to our hotel in Calgary and then on to Banff and back to the airport. They were very flexible as we changed a few things while we were in Canada. The drivers are great and very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Small company with great personalized service.

A very easy 5 star review for me here. I booked the Fairy Bus through Busbud and it was well worth it. Far more cost effective than the competitors for a personalised experience.

I felt confident the whole way through with communications being succinct and clear. When it came to the day we got to have a nice chat with our driver and were shown some of the countryside that Canada has to offer. We enjoyed stories and knowledge of the region alongside a VERY efficient pickup and drop off.

You can literally get caught paying triple the amount for a trip to or from Banff/Calgary. I am glad I made the right choice!
