Stopped in on our way through town for a beer on a Sunday drive. It's a typical quaint small town prairie bar that every small town used to have. Feelings of nostalgia flooded over me looking over at the table of old men in plaid shirts & suspenders quietly sitting there passing the time of day. The beer was cheap & cold, the food was very affordable & tasty. I highly recommend stopping in for both when you're passing thru town.

VLTS are the only thing that I go to this old gem for. Usually pretty dead and the service is terrible (95 percent of the time Ive gone there over 5 years) when there isnt anyone drinking in the bar how come the only 2 people cant get served without having to go to the bar for a drink..

Historic old hotel, shows its age! Say hello to Tracy, Roy, Wolf, Ray or Neil, they're usually up for a chat! Cash bar only, offsales and vlts, as well as hot finger type foods! Try the wings, fantastic! No rooms for rent usually, as they are rented out monthly to local guests for the most part
