As a first time home buyer, we didn't know what to expect when it came to all the details. We had a bad experience with a realtor who we met, and I honestly thought he didn't have our interests at heart. We felt he was in it for himself. So my friend recommended the team of Steph and Keith because of their personal troubles with other realtors.

When we first met Steph, she sat down with us as we went over our finances and never sugar coated anything. She laid out a foundation with us, for what we had to do, items we had to get in order, so we could purchase a house that suited our needs. We had a timeline in mind and the plans laid out helped us hit those benchmarks.

Add her son Keith to the mix, who was our realtor and as a team, they made the transferring of information seamless and they guided us step by step through the process. We didn't ask for every step, because we thought we would be overwhelmed and they provided a one step at a time approach for us throughout the process. Like everyone, we had a budget in mind, because the last thing we wanted to do was go into mortgage debt. Steph laid out our maximum budget for us, while Keith was able to negotiate a fantastic price, enabling us to come in well below our max budget, ensuring we were financially stable moving forward.

Since they are a dynamic team, when either one of them couldn't make an appointment, the other did. If one couldn't be reached, the other could be. They let us take the reigns for most of it, but asked some important questions along the way to ensure our home buying experience was an excellent one.

If you are looking for someone to ensure you have everything you need during an exhausting process, you should probably look no further. You definitely want someone who isn't in it for themselves but for the new home owner. That is this team of Steph and Keith.
