First we went to marlin travel down the road, immediately left it was an awful experience. Googled and found passport travel and booked a vacation within the hour of arriving there as just walk in. Ewa was very helpful, kind and extremely knowledgeable in everything travel. We are travelling with young kids and babies and she knew what to do more than we could have thought of. So thankful to have stopped in!

We used PT Ltd to book our family vacation for 12 people.
Ewa was our travel agent. We faced excellent customer service, a personalized approach and readiness to help during booking and all the way during the time of our adventure.

Came in and wanted to book a vacation. Got yelled at because they thought I was trying to go to the photo store next door. Was willing to spend upwards of $50,000, but never coming back.

Had an excellent experience with booking multiple vacations over the course of the years.
Understandably, when I was looking to book a multi country vacation, I was asked to pay a service fee for the research.
Research for trips (multiple airfare, car rental, trains, hotels) takes hours of research, which is why I went through an agency to ease the pain...
Most people do that and get the info from the agents and then proceed to book all the given info themselves. Makes complete sense why they would require a deposit for the research.

Nevertheless, I’ve booked with Margaret and Ewa many times for trips to Europe as well as All-Inclusive and A cruise. I will be booking again with Passport Travel soon!
