As a condo board member, having an experienced and knowledgeable property manager is vital to ensure smooth operation. I am a volunteer and building management is definitely not my expertise, but Fort Management (and Kathy!) have made sure that everything is looked after and nothing is missed.

This management is highly unprofessional and looking to charge money at every chance they get. I am getting a washer and dryer delivery in the apartment and just to get the other door open at the main entrance of the building, they want to charge $50. It's ridiculous. Do not rent where these people manage.
