Don't do their job, no patience, if u struggle with computers. Luckily, I never got in trouble when made to feel stupid on their computers, just rude . I just went there again on October 31 .. I was treated with complete disrespect.. made to feel stupid. They didn't want to help me. I asked for forms to fill out, and all got was ignorance they should be fired. I will never step foot in there again. Every question I asked I was talked to with a negative attitude it was very clear they didn't want to help me and what was said to me was unreal I had to walk away I well be maken a formal complaint Monday the stress and hurt I felt when I left was terrible I'm in shock and in disbelief how I was treated talked down to me like was street trash words can't describe how it as affected my mental health as they should not argue with people who ask a question about if u have opportunity for a job but needs help affording to get a drivers abstract or linince re newal I'm told get a job that don't need that asked for a form for help to get a bus to a job and told off about that dud nit even what give me the form to fill out told me I won't even get dont apply tell ya gets the job and so on.. took everything in my soul not to react and just walk away by far the worst treatment I ever experienced in my life in all of Canada.

Hello my name is Greg I deal with Alberta works. I've never had a problem with them. They were always helpful to me. They always explain things to me that it didn't understand for being on it for the first time. I don't know why people have problems with them but they were awesome help to me, the front desk lady. Awesome awesome! She helped me a lot. I don't know why people give him bad reviews

Front Desk service was rude and unprofessional in fort McMurray. Said I couldn't book an appointment days in advance and then was late for an appointment then booked me a couple days later which is booking in advance. Also being on house arrest which is part of the justice system and they can't offer me any help in any way. So if you're part of the justice system no point going don't waste your time.

Not very helpful or informative, Staff can be rude to clients who are going through a rough time. They will help but you must stand your ground. Also no help for the homeless? doesn't make any sense to me

They judge a lot on your attitude. If you go in moody, rude, and lacking optimism they wont help you much. If you can smile and show you are trying to change things around and are just down on your luck they do go over and above to help.
