My wife and I strongly recommend Colton to anyone thinking of buying or selling a home in the Hinton area. Colton is an outstanding communicator with a strong understanding of the market in this area. Shortly after we listed our property a significant number of homes went onto the market at or near the same price range of ours. Despite the glut of homes on the market, Colton was able to find a buyer for our home and guided us through the negotiation phase. With his help we were able to get close to asking price in what had become a very challenging (buyer's) market. Throughout this experience, Colton conducted himself in a highly professional manner.
