I have been a regular customer for the past 7 years. Their service and their prices were unbeatable until a new company bought them last year. Now under new management, their booking manager, Clifford Goud is a scammer. I simply asked for a yellow bus quote. After 10 email exchanges, I still dont know how much they charge for a yellow bus. He gave me two other executive bus rates instead and he ignores my main question. I don’t know if I can trust them with any services anymore after his sketchy tactics.

I am surprised to find Dean’s review on this google review! He was not pid for his service by the company and was forced to leave! Dean was a manager who helped me previous years and my 5stars review is still below, I also mentioned his name.
The owner even thanked me for my 5 stars review and you can see.

I have been booking their bus for the past 4 years and they never fail me! The best service! The two Managers i dealt with (Matthew and Dean) were so friendly and gave cheap and affordable price for the past 4 years! All 4 bus drivers including Huang, Mike, and Martin (can’t remember all their names anymore) were friendly and we enjoyed working with them! Thank you for the great services everyone that works there! I hope to work with you the following years too!

We used Alberta North Transport to take our Ukrainian dance group to Lloydminster for a competition. Dean was very pleasant to deal with and quick to respond when making the arrangements. Our driver Steve was very nice and got us to all of our destinations safe and sound. The bus was always ready and communication was great. Would definitely recommend!

We booked Alberta North for our wedding tomtransport guests back to the hotel after the reception. Very easy to deal with, we booked with them over phone and email since we do not live in Edmonton. They were punctual when responding to emails and getting prices. Also had lots of options for us to make it work with our budget and were very understanding and flexible for what we needed. Driver was fun and polite and very patient with our guests on the last run of the night after our wedding!

Alberta North was great. We used their service for a rural wedding approximately 1 hour out of Edmonton. The price was great and they worked with us on many scheduling changes throughout the process.

My only suggestion would be to provide the drivers with some form of GPS. We had a passenger give the driver the wrong directions resulting in a missed pickup prior to the wedding. But they made up for it with their patience while we herded our party guests to the bus on departure.

We had friends in a tight situation. When we found alberta north and called, Cliff really helped us out! Not only did he make a way for them to travel in extremely short notice, but they told us it was such an amazing experience and they had a blast!

We used Alberta North for our company golf event and had a blast. The driver Melanie was so much fun, very professional and even responded to a question the next day! The management is extremely organized and very quick to reply. They were also understanding when we had a snag at the golf course which resulted in us being a bit later than originally stated. Will definitely use them again!!!!!
