We booked a phone appointment last week, and took an hour off work, we got a confirmation email, and no call. We emailed to ask what happened, and they emailed back days later apologizing and rescheduling. So, we took another hour off work to be available for the next call. No one called. No one emailed. Absolutely brutal customer service.

It's a very nice space and the service was wonderful. They have some pretty friendly and helpful people working here we're thankful we got the referral!

The parking lot is spacious and you can do some shopping after your time here which is great. Lots of places to eat too with the new Lowes just across the parking lot. Pretty central location which is handy, also right by the White Mud. This can be pretty tricky as the roads in and around the centre can get confusing especially when you're driving around rush hour.

When they offer you coffee or hot chocolate, take them up on their offer. Their coffee machine is pretty great.
