It’s a building, a nice building at that. The lobby is large and open with lots of seating. The building is clean and well lit. There is public parking spaces available in the lower levels of the building. The building is 30 plus years old but has always been updated and well kept. There are lots of professional services here and the building is mostly full. It is wheelchair accessible. There is rapid transit access right beside the building.

I went to see a doctor. If there was better parking I would drive. You would think if a doctor was making a couple hundred thousand dollars a year he could afford to provide his patients a safe affordable place to park.

Watch out for the security guard. He has the need to proof he has power. He scared the heck out of me and said I needed to leave. I was like what? I had an appointment. I am not. Just sitting fof lesiure. I was with my son that has disabilities and he can see. Also, earlier the guard saw us coming down the elevator after our appointment . I was just waiting for uber

Few shops and clinics on top floors. No place to sit outside or inside the building. Unlike other clinics, there was no protocol of hand sanitizers or masks here. Street parking is a mess too.

Security is racist against natives. I came from the optometrist. I tried taking my son to the washroom on the 2nd or 3rd floor and I got into an argument with the Security. Saying it's not first nations land. Pretty sure a person should be allowed to take their 10 year old child to the washroom if they go to the optometrist. Not everyone is a "drunken native" I don't even drink. Seriously never going back again!!!! They should be taught the difference between the homeless and people who are well off in life. Race shouldn't even be an issue!!!!

This is a great building it's very beautiful 😍 awesome views when you go up to the upper floors , I have worked out of this building before when I was working for UNICEF Canada and now I am taking a course here so yeah it's a great building on Jasper ave in the heart of edmontons downtown core I suggest comming down here and take a peak inside this huge building I wonder why they call it first Edmonton place maybe because it was one of the very first buildings built downtown ... I know when your in the elevator there is pictures of the old building they are pretty neat 😊

Professional office tower unfortunately infested with Street people use the front area as a camping zone. Mess is created daily. Someone uncomfortable to enter building.

Building is beautiful but full of homeless people in lobby, outside, or ajoined Tim Hortons. Police routinely there to move homeless elsewhere.
