This has been the best bank experience of my life. I recently lost my father who banked here. A very stressful time in my life turned into open arms, helpful service and friendly smiles. No wait times, public parking and a security guard at the entrance made visits even easier. I would recommend this bank to anyone that might need extra help or explanation on financial needs. A extra shout out to the male teller and female teller who always seem to be there! The NEW manager who I briefly met seemed amazing as well and wanted the best for this branch with making positive changes. Thank you again. I can’t describe how much weight you lifted off my shoulders during this stressful time.

I had to do alot of running around, and from southside to north.. scrambled to get there in the snow, bus and bike in 1 hr.. had to get there, finish some paperwork and fax a direct deposit information for that day before they closed.. when I got there.. they were already working on my file... seen the email and fax I sent from the south side, and without me even trying to explain.. had it all ready by the time I got there.. well almost. 5 minute wait. Thanks again

I received two e transfers to my account which automatically deposits them, I didn't do anything wrong by accepting them however ATB thought different and shut down my online banking. Which I used for paying my rent and utilities. Now since I no longer access to online-banking. If I could I would go to a different financial institution that sides with their clients and not against them. Having no online banking totally messed up my holidays. This review is reflected towards a senior employee Marge. I don't normally bank here as I only needed it for an account to be opened. They were very helpful in getting me a bank account for ATB. When I went to speak to them about some issues I was met with the most rude interaction I have ever had with a bank manager. Marge was very unproffesional in her dealings with me and our conversation was heard throughout the bank. I do not appreciate how I was treated at this place nor do I wish this buissness success. Marge you need a reality check because you have no right to treat people the way you did. Do better four directions. Marge is No Good.

Ok Last July 28, 2023. I cashed a 2000 doller cheque under my husbands account, not realizing the online banking app was not available at that time, Lets just say I signed the cheque over to my husband and we tried doing it online, Well the manager says to my husband 2 months later that he will be lucky to ever see that money also that it could take up to 10 years, i wanna kmow how could a bank manager treat someone that way even after the fact i went in person to confirm that it was my checque & i wanted it cashed, she also mentioned she was reporting him to fraud, well we been in touch with our lawyer just recently & from what we been told he has no claim againest him, and the cibc bank who drawns the aish checques from has no reports of a missing or stolen cheque, because i never lost itt, i only wanted it cashed, as of today it still says pending of $2000, Please i have every right to know why you are doing this to us, i called many times, tried reaching out to you, my last ettemp today to leave a comment for you to reach out to us, so i can undetstand what did i do wrong, my aish worker says she cant print another because of it pending, how much longer to wait, sorry!!!😐
