Magnum manages a few rental properties we have in a building that is not always so easy to rent out. Debbie and her team worked hard to get us a tenant in one of our vacant units and we are very grateful for her dedication to getting the deal done.

While each person I have dealt with has been professional and kind, it does not change the fact that tenant concerns are not dealt with in a timely or professional manner. It took 10 service requests and 3 months to fix a dishwasher and I am on request 5 to deal with a wasp nest under my main entry. There have also been issues with them illegally trying to raise my rent. While this was rectified I believe that is only because I was aware of my rights. I Do not recommend this management company to prospective landlords or tenants.

My experience with Tatiana has been absolutely wonderful. From the moment we reached out about renting a house, she was incredibly accommodating and friendly. She responded promptly to all our inquiries and took the time to thoroughly explain everything we needed to know about the property.

One thing that stood out to me was Tatiana's attention to detail. She personally noticed appliances that needed replacing due to their condition, which showed she truly cares about the quality of the homes she manages. When we reported issues with the house, she swiftly relayed them to the company, who promptly sent someone to fix everything.

Thanks to Tatiana's professionalism and diligence, my family and I felt well taken care of throughout the entire process. We couldn't be happier with our decision to rent through her, and we highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a caring and efficient property manager.

Our garage door needed urgent attention, and within just a couple of hours, it was fixed. A special thank you to Tatiana, our property manager, for her swift action in ensuring everything was handled smoothly and quickly. We truly appreciate the professionalism and dedication of the team. Until today, Monday, July 29, 2024, I was an incredibly frustrated condo owner! Today, I reluctantly picked up the phone again to contact Magnum York and I am EVER happy that I did! I spoke with an amazing gentleman by the name of Jeremy Graham, who has single handedly restored my faith in Magnum York! He was amazing to deal with! He listened to my concerns and immediately put into motion, a solution that would address each of my concerns. This all before I had even hung up the phone! To all of Magnum York management...HANG ONTO JEREMY AND DO NOT LET HIM LEAVE!!! Thank you so very much for everything Jeremy!

I’ve had nothing but excellent service with this property management team .They have been very sensitive to all my (clients )issues, circumstances and concerns. Ive received nothing less than respectful communication via email , phone etc . The experience of being clear and understood from both sides is a blessing . Extremely Disappointed with Poor Management, Dishonest and Lack of Communication!
Like everyone else said, even one star is too high for this rating!
I didn't really want to write this on Google Reviews, but what do you do when they just ghost you and never answer your questions?

I have been dealing with Debbie and Linda. Initially, everything went well when I first moved in a year ago. After that, they just stopped communicating. My lease ends tomorrow, May 31st. On April 15th, Linda informed me via text that my rent might increase by up to $50 per month, which was fine. At the end of April, I sent her another text asking for my lease renewal and the exact amount I would need to pay, did not receive the renewal agreement.

I emailed both of them last week asking about my lease renewal and followed up this past Monday. FINALLY, Debbie got back to me three days before my lease ends, advising that it's a $100/month increase!

A hundred-dollar increase would have been fine really if they weren't so sketchy or DISHONEST about it. They should have given me notice, not just three days before! Their poor time management shouldn't become someone else's problem.
*By law, they need to give 90 days' notice before the date on which the increase is to be effective, and it should have been a written notice with the landlord’s signature, not just via text.*

After your lease is signed, good luck everybody getting them to answer your questions or inquiries! Very disappointed. This management can't even provide a minimum level of service. Please think carefully before getting involved with this management team.

I have been an owner, and board member in a complex that uses Magnum York for property management. I have seen huge improvements in the services provided since Agatha started working with us as our property manager. Agatha has gone over a lot of our concerns, and worked diligently with our board (and owners) to better provide consistent care for our complex. She has continued to help our board find reliable and trusted vendors who we can choose from during general maintenance and upkeep, and be available during projects, changes etc. I am personally very happy to have had such a positive experience working with Agatha at Magnum York/ Edmonton. I highly recommend her for complexes who want to work with someone who has heart and passion for their position and role in your community.
