Cinthia helped us with a sale that we thought for certain would be a losing battle. A beautiful acreage that we have cherished for 22 years but never did build on. This made finding a buyer challenging simply because no building = very hard to get financing. We had hundreds of tire kickers inquire through F/B Marketplace; we listed with another realtor who did nothing but take a few pictures, post online and made no other effort to move this property.
