Was looking for apple AirPods Pro gen 2 for Christmas for my mom. We looked and called everywhere in central Alberta and nobody either cared to help us or didn’t have them in stock. We ended up calling Drayton Valley Telus, they had them in stock and were willing to put them aside for us. We managed to make our mom’s Christmas a special one thanks to their help! Thank you!!

Telus as a whole company has dreadful service. I've been a customer for years and they harrass us about upgrading to 5g constantly. Everytime we say no to their 5g offer they lower our service from 4g to 3g. They have done this to us twice now. We are paying for what was promised and no less. If they don't cut this out we will be changing our provider. The worst part about this whole thing is our security system relys on a good internet connection. They are putting my family in danger pulling these stunts. Im to the point of ignoring Telus phone calls to try and avoid this in the future. This is getting ridiculous. If your internet is slower then normal chances are they have done this to you as well. I'm currently using LTE to type this message because my home internet is currently in and out. I'm not going to pay for a service I'm not getting!

I have never, in any aspect of being, been met with such incompetence. My wifi install has been rescheduled for the fourth time now. First, I wasn't able to schedule over the phone. I came to the store on December 21st. It is Jan 7th, and I have just had to reschedule for the fourth time. My installation is set for January 20th. The lady I've spoken to so many times now is friendly, at least.

My mom has been requesting her monthly bill for months now, being put through department one after another and nobody can figure out how to provide it to her by mail or email. She has been blindly sending payments to her account to avoid late fees. So she switched to Rogers, she now has good rural service where with Telus she was lucky to have enough to send one text. Two months later she's still being charged for the line she closed and switched to Rogers.
I have also cancelled my account with Telus mobility. Once I paid my phone balance off, from that month on, every single month $30-$50 data overages on the day before my data would cycle. Before I paid my phone off I never went over my data for 2 years.
I switched to public mobile and I haven't even gotten close to my data limit.
If you have a desire for bad customer service, inconsistent billing and data overages, Telus mobility will suit your needs.

Telus is a horrible company to deal with and no one speaks English. They have dogs barking in the back ground on top of it. They can't help you with anything.

I have always had good work done here the installation is very good quality its clean and well executed jack and jim are the up most very good at what they do as a team but the rest of the business is hit and miss as of now Jack is on his own now and jim is still with them as for the ratings to this post it's only for the installation

Best staff great explain my bill they are great used them before and would recommend and anyone who gets more out of talking to a person rather then press 3 your bill is this why your bill is this why your bill is and then in need of a new phone or find the pieces on the floor thanks.
