Booked a condo in Beaver Creek, CO with this company. The unit the advertise for The Charter property is NOTHING like we received. I took a step back into the 80’s. Definitely outdated and overpriced. Renters be ware, what is advertised is more than likely not what you will get. I was told at booking that they are individually owned units, but expected that each unit would be some what updated, as the picture advertised. NOT SO! I will not be booking again with this company. I could have done better research on my own, than putting my faith in this company to steer me in the right direction for a vacation with my family. Dissatisfied Customer!

Our unit was perfect for our family - spacious, clean and in the perfect location. They deal with a lot of properties and have so may options. I feel so fortunate that I found The Lodging Company and more specifically, Adair Donohue-Miller. I was looking for a special place to celebrate a mile stone birthday for my husband and needed a large home that would accommodate our family without having rooms full of bunk beds. After searching on my own for days and coming up empty handed, I found the Lodging Company and reached Adair who literally, within 10 minutes, found the perfect home for us! This place exceeded my expectations in every way. Adair was so efficient and professional. She continued to make my planning easier by finding me a second accommodation for a few extra days, connecting me with a caterer, bakery, grocery delivery and concierge service. She handled discounted lift tickets for us and recommended equipment rental options. Her communication was excellent both before the trip and during to make sure all was going smoothly. I will never again try to plan a trip on my own. Having Adair made all the difference and insured our trip was flawless! Thank you!!

We went to snowmass and the apt. we rent was great. It was very well equipped, beds were very comfortable. We also made our lifts and equipment reservations with them and everything went smoothly. No problems at all and very easy. When we arrive we had our lift passes and equipment reservation on our kitchen counter. We even needed urgently print some papers and they help me with this too. I send an email to the office and they printed for me, all I have to do is walk into the office and ask for my papers. We love the service Madison gave us. Was very helpful from the start to the end of our journey.

We absolutely loved our recent stay at Big White. Our accommodation at Sundance Lodge exceeded our expectations. The room had real Canadian charm and the facilities and location were fantastic. Carl Neil from the lodging company was amazing - he answered my emails promptly (even after hours - as I was emailing from Australia). Carl also phoned me. He arranged our transport from the airport and ski hire as well - everything went very smoothly. I would recommend Carl Neil from the Lodging Company and Big White as a destination to all my friends and family .I hope to return one day. 🙂
