I called them today to enquire and get an update about the tickets I bought with falcon travel in 2020. First a guy picks up and hangs up, then a girl picks up, while I'm talking, she hangs up! and then they didn't pick up my phone. When she picked up again she hung up and told me its not the number to call? How rude!! if its not, did you bother listening to me? did you bother providing with the "right" number or person to contact? All I have been asking for is some sort of update since 2020. I email, no response, I call they don't response, messages they don't reply! and just get rude at me? Seriously? I paid for ticket! I will make sure no one books umrah package with you! I have been patient for so long but this is too much now. You guys don't care about someone else's time and money! Zero customer service

Allahu Akbar! We had such a memorable and supportive experience for Umrah March West Canada Group 2022.
