As much as I love Dr Stankova and the staff, something must be done about the phone system. Even when calling during clinic hours, the greeting message says "our office is now closed" and then it starts listing the clinic hours, which only confirms I am indeed calling during clinic hours.

It is unacceptable for a family clinic to not have their phone system updated with its up-to-date schedule.

Wait times are also unacceptable. I always leave work early to make it there on time and always (no exaggeration, literally always) have to wait 1 hour or more, even if it's just for a lab requisition. I suspect it is because patients are being double-booked. Extremely disappointed.

Best clinic I have been to - from the front staff, to the hygienist and to Doctor, Duke Young. Amazing customer service and very attentive to any need. Getting your teeth clean is never fun but they make it such as smooth experience- highly recommend

We are here for a physical.
It is now 11:36am and we are STILL WAITING.
I'm definitely finding a new doctor.
No thought about other people.
They know my son is Diabetic.
So it is important for him to have lunch.

Dr. Stankova has been my doctor for a long time now and she has been there for me almost on a weekly basis for 2 years when I was going through a tough diagnosis. I have had many doctors in the past but nothing like the care I have received from her. She doesn’t give up and she is an incredibly informed doctor. Always up to date with advances. Truly an exceptional person as well.

I have been a patient of this clinic since it first opened a couple of years ago. Olga Stankova is a wonderful doctor, she’s very caring, educated and insightful, I would recommend her to anyone. However, I feel she has too many patients at this point, being one of her long time patients. I can’t even get in to see her (for emergencies, eye infection, etc) without a 2-3 week waiting period. Which is very unfortunate. I do believe you can see her for walk-ins and I think at this point this clinic should make her a booking only doctor. When I come for my appointments I’m often waiting 15-45 minutes as she is behind and something needs to improve. Very busy clinic.

Dr Stankova is very kind and caring, she takes her time with you so she can give you personal attention. She is extremely knowledgeable and has helped me so much with different issues. At the end of each visit I feel like giving her a hug because of the care I have received. She is a gem!!
