Side note, too: I was interested in pursuing a career as a realtor, and he was great at explaining the job description, too. Very transparent about the entire process, and very knowledgeable in the field as well.

I was presented with an opportunity abroad, so I did not end up buying a home, but I know that without a doubt will be contacting Bobby when I return to Alberta and am re-starting the home buying process.
