I simply can't say enough about Suzy, both as a fabulous human & an incredible realtor. We met by pure chance, or as I’d like to think, fate. From that very first day, Suzy got to know who I am as a person & what I was looking for in a new house. Conversation flowed easily & she quickly determined the “must-have’s”, the “would love to have’s”, the “non-negotiables” & even the “hard-no’s”.
She realized how important HOME is to me, my husband & our grown children & stopped at nothing in her search. Even though I know she was constantly taking care of other clients simultaneously, she never made me feel like I wasn’t a priority & always had me on her radar when something would catch her eye. It wasn’t long at all until we found it, put an offer in, listed our current home & sold in perfect precision. During the entire process of the sale & purchase, Suzy was my saving grace for random questions, strange worries or ANY concerns with absolutely anything that came up. Grounded in professionalism and knowledge of the Canmore market, Suzy exceeded my expectations throughout the entire buying process. She was an ally, friend, advisor and helped me negotiate the process. I have to admit that I was not actively or aggressively looking for a new home. However, having carefully listened over the years to my (offhand) wants and needs in a property, she called me within 15 minutes of first seeing the house. I was able to see it and make a spontaneous offer prior to it being released on the market. Her care throughout the process was evident. I'm very happy with this purchase and clearly needed/wanted it more than even I realized. I would absolutely recommend her to friends and colleagues going forward.
