Went to open a banking account yesterday the fella by the name of Ashish or what ever his name is should learn some manners I waited over 1 hr to be told they can't open me an account so I went to Scotiabank where they didn't hesitate and opened me up an account almost in minutes

I used to be proud to be a member of the credit union in Barrhead. However, the last few months or so, I noticed every time I go there they usually have one teller working.
It doesn’t matter what time of the day it is either. Today again there was one teller open with six people in line. The one teller waited on one person for half hour. Finally, I complained and a few minutes later another teller came out and opened up. I was told they are short staffed, but it’s been like this a long time .

Takes forever to get somebody on the phone. They don't seem to be interested to do business with small business and low income at all. I would reorganize this branch. Fire a bunch of bad apples with cocky attitude. I like to deal with friendly helpful ambitious people who I can trust and get my banking needs done. Not impressed with this branch.

Disappointed in the $2.00 statement fee.. we've y great service at CU for 50+ years. Now perhaps it's time to change banking facilities.
