En plein centre-ville de Banff cette pharmacie offre tout ce qui est nécessaire pour le voyageur de passage.
Les employés devraient par contre prendre exemple sur les autres centres de services de Banff et s’accrocher un sourire. 😀

Was on vacation in Banff from out of province, and forgot my prescriptions at home. Panic! But have no fear. Walked into Gourlay's and was met with friendly faces and friendly service. Right away, pharmacist Preston to the rescue. I was so relieved. He was able to prescribe me enough pills for my trip and I was in and out of there in 10 minutes. Big tip. Helped to have the Rexall app BeWell which had on record my prescription information. Thank you Gourlay's, and special thanks to Preston for being so helpful!

I can't thank Scott, the pharmacist, enough for going above and beyond to help me. As a tourist visiting Canada, I was not able to get an appointment with a Dr. Thank goodness I found Scott, very very grateful.

I just had the best experience here with Scott the pharmacist. I have an eye infection and when I came to fill out my prescription, Scott asked me how I was doing, how I was feeling and really took the time to listen and care. He went above and beyond and even contacted my optometrist to ask about how he could do more to alleviate my pain and irritation. He called me back after talking to her and gave me all the advice I needed. It was just the positive experience that I needed on a rough day. Thank you so much Scott!

They don't tell you or have signs that their braces are final sale so make sure you don't accidentally grab the wrong size. They refused to exchange the brace less than 24 hours after buying it with the package unopened and all the receipts. Next time I won't be supporting your local expensive scam and I'll be buying off Amazon where customer service is much better!
