Front lady's were the nicest, I forgot my paperwork and they didn't make me feel small. They worked it out with me and asked if I could call my family doctor to fax the paperwork to this lab. It was the guy taking my blood.. he was unprofessional. I have a condition where if I loose or see blood, my vision goes away and I pass out. I asked for a room with a bed because of this. When I got in everything was fine till the end. He ripped the needle and tube out of my arm aggressively which also didn't help with me feeling nauseous. Then I felt myself loosing sight and my whole body gets really heavy. I tell him that I can't see well (I can only see bright things like lights) I feel air blowing on my face like he is waving his hand infront of me. Later I hear him say ok then leave the room and talk with his co-workers. He doesn't even whisper... He full on says "she says she can't see" then I hear him and his co worker laugh. I have been to this place before and I have never been treated like this before. I was rushed out the door by him. The front lady's were kind and told me to just sit in my car and wait till I feel better. The lady's checked on me better then the Technician...

I usually go here for blood tests pretty often without any issues, super nice staff, but today was not it. One of the staff/nurse was being alittle too rough while I was getting my blood test done and then when I went for my ECG, she wasn't very clear on what I had to do so I asked to clarify and in return I got nothing but attitude. Very disappointed

If I was reviewing the staff I would give them a higher rating. The cleanliness of the washroom was absolutely appalling. I can promise you that the floor has not been washed in a long time. The silver trim was caked in with grime and that does not happen overnight. The back of the door was full of dirt from shoes. There was little toilet paper. The drips of urine in front of the toilet were even filled with dirt. I clean for a living so maybe this stands out to me more but for a facility that is cultures growth of organisms should be scared what their washroom is growing not to mention the front counter has residue from tape stuck to it growing who knows what. This building would be an easy clean so it is just a lack of employees or effort.

Not much rush, completed my tests very smooth & within 10 minutes.
Getting online appointment is really challenge, almost month waiting else adorable services.

Staff are fast and professional. Did a walk in and I don’t think I was even there for 20 minutes. I have had a long wait here before but it just depends on what day you go.

I did not have an appointment for my bloodtest. Yet I went in and gave my blood sample in less than 10 minutes. The entire process was very fast and smooth. The technician was very efficient as well. Very happy with the service overall.

Don't come here on a Saturday an "appointment only day" . They can't even be on time. Might as well of been a walkin day. Probably would have got in faster.

I had a walk in appointment, only had to wait about 20 minutes. Bloodwork makes me very nervous and the nurse who helped me was absolutely incredible. She could see I was scared and did everything she could to make me feel comfortable and at ease. She was kind, caring, compassionate and encouraging, everything I needed. I was offered to lay down, given ice packs and juice! She also made sure I was feeling well enough before I left. I detest needles, but this lovely nurse ensured I had the most positive experience. Amazing and caring staff!
