If I could give this branch zero stars I would. Terry is completely unprofessional. Not only did she belittle me in front of other staff members, she was very rude and abrupt over the phone. She also complained that she had to take a pay cut to come work here, and she has to do instacart on the side and how the other ladies before her had no idea what they were doing. At least the other ladies before were kindhearted and respectful. I've never felt so belittled and upset. AVOID THIS PLACE. They take advantage of you at your lowest and then lecture and belittle you because of it.

I applied for a loan online and initially dealt with Ropa, but then she went on vacation and I finished my application through Ramandeep and I cannot express how appreciative I was for her kindness and effort. I was in a tight position for an unexpected emergency and although I didn’t get approved for the full amount I needed, they were able to get me enough to help tremendously. Ramandeep was polite, and patient walking me through the entire process. Yes, the loan APR was higher but I was able to afford it and I will absolutely return if I require another loan in the future!

ZERO STARS BEWARE.....Worst place to borrow money, I took a loan November 18th I was informed I could pay it back in 2 installments one on December 15th and the final one on December 30th. This loan was to help with a unexpected bill. As of December 27th they were harassing me for payment saying my payment was late I told them that was not the agreement and they have my bank information to withdraw the payment from my account as of December 30th they sent me an email saying I have a nsf fee. I checked my bank records they didn't even attempt to withdraw the money I have no nsf with my bank and was more then able to cover the $80 payment, yet they are trying to charge me extra I have bank records saying they did not withdraw they payment, what scam artists. DO NOT BORROW FROM CASHCO!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS LENDING COMPANY!!!
Interests rates are ridiculously high and you will end up in further debt than you were before you went in.
Rude staff and very poorly managed.
