Someone hit my car and left the scene so I was stuck with the deductible. Maaco took my car in and treated it with care and attention. They even cleaned the inside of my car and shined up the headlights. Very friendly team. I am very happy with my new bumper especially. It looks great!!

I had a terrible experience with Maaco. I took my vehicle in to have the bumper repaired, and everything went wrong from the start. The bumper arrived on a Friday, and we came in on a Tuesday to drop off the vehicle and to drop off a car rental while the vehicle was being repaired. Later that day, I received a call saying the bumper was damaged and they needed to order a different one. When I returned to Maaco to pick up the vehicle, I questioned when the bumper had arrived, the employee told me it had been there since Friday. I asked why they hadn't inspected it before we came, especially since they knew we were bringing a car rental, and the employee got upset with me for asking.

They told us they would order a new bumper that day and we made arrangements to bring the vehicle back in for repairs the following Monday. When that day came, they informed us they had forgotten to order the new bumper. I asked if they could offer any credit for the inconvenience since we had to rent a car and couldn’t get a refund, but they said they couldn’t help. To make matters worse, we had to bring the vehicle in multiple times prior to the appointment for the repair to try and get a colour match and in the end they weren't able to colour match it properly!!

Overall, their customer service was incredibly poor, and the whole process was frustrating. If I had known how poorly they handled things, I would have never chosen Maaco for this repair. They never even offered an apology for the inconvenience and my extra expenses.

Would not recommend!
