I have been seeing Dr Nelson since August 2023 for an unexplained autoimmune condition. She helped me rule out multiple possibilities and supported me through wanting to use a natural approach and avoid pharmaceutical medication. Regular Alberta health doctors will disregard your thoughts and feelings toward your health. Mountain Health does the complete opposite. Dr Nelson was open to hearing any of the ideas I had and what could be the cause of my issues. She ruled out everything she was capable of and pointed me in the right direction to get more answers. A fantastic clinic, with a bunch of highly qualified health care providers! Dr. Mountain is very knowledgeable, attentive, and patient-oriented. He does care about the person's well-being and patiently answers the millions of questions. It is a genuine pleasure to thoroughly discuss own conditions, talk about the plans of treatment, and find the best options. The doctor is never in a hurry and takes time to HEAR one's concerns, UNDERSTAND the needs, and PROVIDE the patient with the best health care plan.

Special thanks should be sent to Alex, the best massage therapist! Her fingers do have ears as she quickly finds all the problematic spots and the affected muscles miraculously respond to the treatment. Alex has helped all my family: My daughter stopped having a stiff neck; my husband's back doesn't ache anymore (just with one session), and I have been looking for this level of therapeutic massage for 20 years! We are determined to have regular massage sessions and don't mind travelling a long way to Airdrie 🙂

Dr. Richard Mountain and his team are simply amazing! My family and I have been going to Dr. Mountain for naturopathic treatment for many years and we have never been disappointed. Dr. Mountain is very knowledgeable and good at what he does. As a practicing dentist, I see Dr. Mountain usually once or twice a month to get treatment to relieve headaches from my sore head and neck muscles as a result from my line of work. Highly recommend Dr. Mountain and team!

I took my son there to see a naturopath about his swollen tonsils because he is always sick. He has already had his adenoids out and tubes put in his ears and most doctors try to avoid doing a tonsillectomy. I was hoping to get some advice on things I could do to help him other than just antibiotics and the naturopathic doctor gave me zero advice. The only recommendation was to go see an ENT again and a paediatrician. I was very disappointed that there was no other recommendations and that I had to pay $148 to be told to go see someone else (which I already had planned on doing. I filled out the intake form ahead of time, if this is the only advice you are going to give maybe tell that person not to bother coming in and wasting their time. I’m fortunate that my health benefits covered this cost otherwise I would have been even more upset. I would not recommend going to this clinic to see a Naturopath. The other services might be great but I won’t be going there to find out.

Dr. Mountain is truly the most caring and compassionate man I've ever met. He's helped me in various ways including acupuncture to relieve extreme muscle issues and vitamin shots for additional energy. My husband and children have also benefited from his services over the years. Dr. Mountain's treatment has been consistently excellent for all of us. Highly recommend.
