I have booked lots of travel but I have never had an experience like this one with Diane. In fact, she has been the only agent to listen , suggest , add and thinking of things to make our trip beyond perfect. We have kids and seniors traveling with us and all 8 of us are going to be taken care of from the second we leave the house until we return home. Her outside the box thinking made this trip a very Epic experience just in giving the gift of this cruise to my family and the special message for my dad brought tears of joy and a facial expression and a moment I will never forget.
Diane is professional, quick, had amazing options and choices to fit the budget….and went above and beyond for us. If you’re a movie nerd like I am, she is the closest you’ll get to a real life member of the Society of the Crossed Keys from The Grand Budapest Hotel. She can tailor a trip to ensure that you truly have a memorable experience and regardless of if it is a trip to see family or a trip to see something brand new, you will find it is truly a bucket-list travel experience.
